Hyun Nam - Massage Therapist

 Heidi Ella - Massage Therapist

Heidi combines her years of experience working with top chiropractic doctor's and in prestigious spa's to give you a truly unique treatment. She integrates the art of massage therapy with the most effective pain relief techniques into a soothing environment where healing of both mind and body can take place. Her passion is to enhance the lives of women by finding the cause of pain, relieving it and helping make healthy lifestyle changes that enable each person's body the opportunity to continue in healing itself.

 Her training in massage therapy began in 2000 at the American Institute of Massage Therapy in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. This provided a wonderful foundation on which to build and since she has striven to continually gain more training to be able to better meet the needs of her clients. Education is a lifelong process and Heidi's desire to seek ongoing training ensures her clients are receiving the latest and most effective techniques for relieving pain, improving function and living a healthier lifestyle.

Some area's of particular interest have been in working with pregnant women and teaching them the amazing benefits that massage can have on their infants. She has received training in prenatal massage and is a Certified Infant Massage Instructor. Her experience not only working with pregnant women but being the mother of two little ones gives women the confidence during this amazing time in their lives that they and their babies are 'in good hands'.

Sarah Shupe - Acupuncturist

Sarah Shupe, L.Ac., is a licensed acupuncturist in Virginia. Sarah specializes in pain management, arthritis, internal medicine, gynecological disorders, cancer support, immune disorders and anxiety related disorders. Sarah incorporates nutritional and lifestyle counseling, Chinese Herbal medicine, and bodywork therapies into her Acupuncture treatments in order to provide a comprehensive and holistic approach to her practice. Jessica has a background in management and billing as well as customer service.  Along with assisting Dr. Sullivan, Jessica is our office manager and billing specialist.  Jessica enjoys running, golfing, traveling, and spending time with her family.
