The ChiroFlow pillow is different from most support pillows in that it has a layer of water inside the pillow that conforms to your neck. Depending on how much water is added, the pillow is soft, medium or firm. The ability to change the firmness allows the pillow to adjust to your neck and continuously respond to different sleeping positions.
