What can I expect on my first visit?
First, you'll meet the doctor to discuss your health situation. If we think we can help, we'll a conduct a thorough examination to identify the likely cause(s) of your problem. We'll tell you what we found, what we can do to help, how long it may take, and how much it will cost. If we feel that we cannot help you we will refer you to someone who can best treat you. We experience high levels of patient satisfaction because we explain everything in advance.
What should I bring on my first visit?
We ask that all patients bring a picture ID along with your insurance card if we are going through insurance. Bring any current x-rays, MRIs, MRI reports if you have them. Please bring a pair of shorts or comfortable clothing for your initial exam.
What insurances do you accept?
We accept all insurances, we will call to verify your benefits on your first visit. Here are just some of the insurances we accept: Carefirst Blue Cross Blue Shield, FEP Blue Cross Blue shield, Anthem, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Mailhandlers, Great West, All Auto Insurance Policies, All Worker's Compensation Policies.
How long do appointments last?
Your first and second appointments will last approximately one hour. Future visits typically last 30 minutes. At Nova Chiropractic & Wellness Center we have a no wait policy, 90% of the time your will be seen within the first 5 minutes. We value your time as much as we value our time.
